Why Our Shipping Is Reliable

At MissLeilaOfficial, we prioritize safe and reliable delivery for every order. All packages are shipped through Canada Post and include a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Each parcel also comes with $50–$100 in liability coverage, providing added protection in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit.

What is liability coverage?
Liability coverage ensures that if Canada Post loses or damages a parcel with tracking and insurance, they are responsible for reimbursing the declared value of the shipment.

Note: Liability coverage is not available for Small Packet™ – USA and Small Packet™ – International shipments.

Claim Deadlines for Loss or Damage

To file a claim for a lost or damaged parcel, the following timelines apply:

  • Domestic shipments (within Canada): Claims must be submitted within 90 calendar days of the shipping date.

  • International shipments: Claims must be submitted within 6 months of the shipping date.

    How to File a Claim

    If your package has been lost or damaged, a claim can be initiated directly with Canada Post’s Customer Relationship Network:

    You’ll need to provide the following documentation when making a claim:

    A) Proof of mailing showing coverage
    B) Proof of postage and any additional liability coverage purchased
    C) Proof of value (acceptable documentation may include the sender’s cost, retail price, repair cost, or replacement value as determined by Canada Post)
    D) For damage claims, the shipment may need to be made available for inspection by Canada Post. Failure to provide proof or cooperate with the investigation may result in a denied claim.
