Refund Policy
All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Canada Post or your local postal service directly to report the issue. They are responsible for handling damage claims and will assist you in applying for a refund for the insured amount (all parcels are insured for $50–$100).
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives safely. We do not ship out broken or damaged products, and therefore, we cannot provide refunds once an item has been shipped.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped promptly through Canada Post.

If your shipping label has already been created, you will be required to cover the cost of re-shipping the order.

Pick-Up Guidelines
♛ Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email with the location, available pick-up times, and contact information.
♛ If you fail to show up for your scheduled pick-up without prior notice, your pick-up order will be cancelled, and you will need to reorder with shipping as the only available option.
We kindly ask that you notify us ahead of time if you’re unable to make your pick-up appointment, this helps us keep everything running smoothly for all customers.
